- My aim is to design, construct and complete each job to a far higher standard of quality work than carried out on general site work,
so as I can be happy to hold my name to each completed job and photograph the work on completion to place in my portfolio.
- I am an honest person and have integrity with what I do. Therefore my advice to my clients will take their interests as priority.
I view the 'long-term' reputation of 'fine carpentry' far more important than just rushing and cutting corners to get one job completed.
- I am organised, with a professional attitude to my work.
- I aim to offer value for money without compromising my standards of quality.
- My aim is to create work that fits within both my client's needs and being of sound solid construction which will last.
So that every client could potentially provide a reference.
- I aim to always try to communicate with my clients, so they're 'put in the picture' of my time scales,
logistics and any necessary amendments to the specifications.
- I enjoy my job and this reflects on the work I do.
- I will endeavour to be respectful of people's property and will always aim to have a courteous attitude.
Therefore regular clients trust me working in their homes whilst they are not there.
- My non-rushed approach allows for neatness and thorough work, no matter how small the job is.
- I naturally work in a tidy manner and am fully aware I'm working in someone's home and not a building site.
- My work lasts and is an investment to any property.
- I am able to duplicate most images presented to me in magazines, catalogues or sketches.
- The work I produce is personalised and designed to suit my clients tastes and needs.
- On the rare occasion I need to come back to ease a door or to alter a hinge for example, then I do willingly without a long delay – and of course without a charge.
- If I have underestimated the duration of the work, then I absorb that within my price.
- If there are some minor additional items, i.e. extra beadings or fixings, etc, then I absorb them too.
